-
We have qualified and dedicated first-aiders on site at all times throughout camp. Parents and guardians will receive relevant contact information and instructions before departure.
Please ensure emergency contact details and medical information are current and that any required medication is clearly labelled and managed according to the arrangements communicated by the camp team.
-
Teenagers can bring their phones to camp and will have the option of keeping it in a ‘phone box’ during camp. Our desire is for students to be present, engage with the program and make the most of the opportunity to build friendships.
Parents will receive information about how to contact the camp team if they need to get in touch with their teenager during camp and are not able to contact them via their phone.
-
That is completely understandable, particularly for students attending for the first time or travelling without their usual family support.
Our team want every student to feel welcomed, included, and supported. We encourage you to speak with your local Youth Overseer or teenager’s Connect Group Leader before camp if you have any concerns or would like us to be aware of anything that could help your teenager settle in.
-
Please contact the youth team before registering to discuss whether a partial attendance arrangement is possible. Any arrangements will need to be confirmed with the camp team in advance.
-
Parents and guardians will need to complete the required registration, consent, and medical information for their teenager.
Please ensure all details are accurate and that any outstanding payments, consent forms, or additional information are submitted by the communicated deadlines.
-
Please contact your teenager’s Connect Leader, your local C3 SYD Youth Overseer or the central youth team via youth@c3syd.church.
We are happy to answer questions to help your family prepare for camp.
